Unusually high standard of service - so refreshing

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend HelloCanvas based on my recent experience. I ordered a four print collage and one of the prints came up darker than the rest. Keri at HelloCanvas reprinted the canvas for me and sent it out at no extra charge. The prompt, efficient and easy to approach service was second to none and of an unusually high standard, very refreshing. Thank you so much.

Excellent customer service

These picture tiles are affordable but make a real statement once up on the wall. One of my tiles can out a bit dark but I contacted hello canvas who were happy to send me another lightened tile free of charge. Excellent customer service

The picture quality is brilliant

The picture quality is brilliant, had a bit of an issue with 1 keep coming off the wall but that was my error as I hadn’t fully pulled the tab off the back, once I did it’s been absolutely fine since! Our stairs now have a bit of life to them I’m definitely going to order more!

Easy to use the website and upload…

Easy to use the website and upload photos. Prompt delivery, well packaged parcel, very well made product. I’d use Hello Canvas again and would recommend them too.

Great service!

Great service! Website is easy to use and gives you an idea of how your canvas will look. The printing and colours are of good quality. I have used this website several times and am always happy with my canvas. Easy to hang.

AMAZING! Having read the reviews I was quite…

I was quite sceptical especially reading other reviews. I liked the look and shape of these photos. I enjoyed seeing what photos they had in the picture gallery, what style I wanted and seeing which family photos I wanted to have on my wall. I spent a long time deciding adding and deleting. The process was very easy to use, change the shape of the photos, the colour and design. It was easy to order and pay for. When the package arrived, I couldn’t wait to see what they were like. The packaging was very well designed. I was very surprised on the size of the pictures. I actually expected they would be smaller. The quality is AMAZING. They are very light and beautifully made. I will be definitely be ordering more in the future.
